Kita tidak pernah tahu kapan kematian akan menjemput kita, tapi kita tahu persis seberapa banyak bekal yang kita miliki untuk menghadapinya.

Waktu jatuh, kita baru sadar selama ini siapa saja teman yang memperalat dan memanfaatkan kita.
Waktu sakit, kita baru tahu bahwa sehat itu sangat penting, jauh melebihi harta.

Hidup tidaklah lama.

Jadikanlah setiap kritik bahkan penghinaan yang kita terima sebagai jalan untuk memperbaiki diri.

Pastikan kita sudah bersedekah hari ini, baik dengan materi, dengan ilmu, tenaga, atau minimal dengan seyuman yang tulus.

Para pembohong akan dipenjara oleh kebohongannya sendiri, orang yang jujur akan menikmati kemerdekaan dalam hidupnya.

Bila memiliki banyak harta, kita akan menjaga harta. Namun jika kita memiliki banyak ilmu, maka ilmulah yang akan menjaga kita.

Kalau hati kita bersih, tak ada waktu untuk berpikir licik, curang atau dengki sekalipun.

Bekerja keras adalah bagian dari fisik, bekerja cerdas merupakan bagian dari otak, sedangkan bekerja ikhlas ialah bagian dari hati.

Kekurangan orang lain adalah ladang pahala bagi kita untuk memaafkannya, mendoakannya, memperbaikinya dan menjaga aibnya.

Bukan gelar atau jabatan yang menjadi orang menjadi mulia. Jika kualitas pribadi buruk, semua itu hanyalah topeng tanpa wajah.

Ciri seorang pemimpin yang baik akan nampak dari kematangan pribadi, buah karya, serta integrasi antara kita dengan perbuatannya.
